For your benefit, please read these Terms carefully. By booking a Hotel Massage, you fully understand, agree with and accept to abide by Hotel Massage London Terms as stated below:
1. STRICTLY OVER 18
2. SOLICITING IS FORBIDDEN
3. HAVE THE CORRECT FEE WHEN THE MASSEUSE ARRIVES
4. DO NOT CONSUME ALCOHOL OR DRUGS
5. BOOK THE MASSAGE ON YOUR OWN BEHALF (NOT FOR A FRIEND)
6. KEEP PASSIVE – NO TOUCHING PERMITTED – DURING THE MASSAGE
7. AT ALL TIMES, RESPECT THE MASSEUSE BOUNDARIES
8. TAKE CARE OF PERSONAL HYGIENE – BE 100% CLEAN. WASH ENTIRELY AND THOROUGHLY SHORTLY PRIOR TO THE MASSEUSE ARRIVAL
9. MAKE SURE THE MASSAGE IS PERFORMED ON A MATTRESS (IF ON THE FLOOR, PROVIDE A PADDED, CUSHIONED SURFACE, SUCH AS A MAT)
10. TURN UP THE ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR YOUR COMFORT
11. ENABLE THE MASSEUSE TO SHOWER BEFORE LEAVING, PROVIDING A CLEAN TOWEL (PLEASE INFORM THE CONCIERGE IN CASE ON-SITE SHOWERING FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE)
12. CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES WITHIN TWO HOURS OF YOUR CONFIRMED BOOKING TIME ARE LIABLE TO A £100 FEE OR 25% OF THE CONFIRMED BOOKING PRICE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER (ADD. £120 FOR AIRPORT BOOKINGS)
13. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN THE FIRST 10 MINUTES OF THE MASSEUSE ARRIVAL ARE LIABLE TO A £100 FEE OR 25% OF THE CONFIRMED BOOKING PRICE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER (ADD. £120 FOR AIRPORT BOOKINGS)
14. CANCELLATIONS PAST THE FIRST 10 MIN. AFTER THE MASSEUSE ARRIVAL ARE LIABLE TO THE FULL MASSAGE FEE AS CONFIRMED UPON BOOKING.
Hotel Massage London reserve the right at all times to refuse service to anyone whose intent and behaviour do not appear to agree with our policies.
Any behaviour breaching these agreed Terms will result directly in an immediate and permanent ban from our services. The above Terms apply equally and unconditionally to ALL CLIENTS.
